Last updated: 2026-09-22

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, online registration services, training programs, consultancy services, digital learning materials, and payment facilities provided by Strategic Axis Training Academy (“Strategic Axis”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using this website, creating an account, registering for a program, submitting an enquiry, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Strategic Axis

Strategic Axis is a professional training and consultancy organisation providing individual and corporate learning solutions, including:

  • Professional training programs
  • Online, classroom, and hybrid courses
  • Corporate and customised training
  • Leadership and management development
  • Coaching and consultancy
  • Examination-preparation programs
  • Digital and technology-related training
  • Strategic Axis professional certificates
  • Training programs connected with external or international certifications

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for a program or making a payment.

If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to act for that company and to accept these Terms and Conditions on its behalf.

We may refuse, suspend, or cancel a registration where:

  • The information provided is inaccurate or incomplete
  • The payment is not authorised or is reversed
  • The registration is being used fraudulently
  • The user breaches these Terms and Conditions
  • The program has reached its capacity or is no longer available

3. programs and Course Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that course descriptions, dates, duration, delivery format, prerequisites, fees, schedules, and trainer information displayed on the website are accurate.

However, we may make reasonable changes to:

  • Course content
  • Trainers
  • Learning materials
  • Delivery format
  • Session dates or times
  • Venue or online platform
  • Assessment arrangements

Where a material change affects your registration, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, offer a transfer, alternative arrangement, or refund in accordance with Section 8.

A course description does not constitute a guarantee of employment, promotion, examination success, immigration approval, salary increase, or any specific professional outcome.

4. Registration and Enrolment

Submitting a registration form or beginning the payment process does not by itself guarantee a place on a program.

Your place is confirmed only when:

  1. The required registration information has been received;
  2. Payment has been successfully authorised; and
  3. Strategic Axis has issued a registration confirmation or payment confirmation.

For corporate programs, enrolment may also require a written quotation, purchase order, service agreement, or other written confirmation.

You are responsible for checking the confirmation details, including:

  • Participant name
  • Email address
  • Selected program
  • Delivery format
  • program date
  • Location or online access details
  • Amount paid

You must notify us promptly if any information is incorrect.

5. Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

The applicable price is the price shown at the time of registration and payment confirmation. Prices may change before payment is completed.

Where applicable, prices may include or exclude UAE Value Added Tax (“VAT”). The treatment of VAT will be shown during the registration or payment process.

Any additional bank, currency-conversion, card-issuer, or international transaction fees charged by your bank or card provider are your responsibility.

6. Payment Processing

Payments made through the website are processed using NEOPAY and its authorised payment infrastructure or another authorised payment service provider displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment details, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the transaction for the amount shown at checkout.

Strategic Axis does not ordinarily receive or store your complete card number, card security code, or online-banking credentials. Payment information is handled by the authorised payment provider in accordance with its applicable security and processing requirements.

Your payment may require additional authentication, including 3-D Secure verification, a one-time password, or approval by your card issuer.

A transaction may be declined, delayed, reversed, or placed under review by the payment provider or card issuer. Strategic Axis cannot guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

If payment fails, your registration remains incomplete unless Strategic Axis confirms otherwise.

7. Payment Confirmation and Receipts

After a successful payment, we may send a confirmation or receipt to the email address provided during registration.

A payment confirmation does not create a right to attend a different program, transfer a booking, or receive a certificate unless the relevant program terms have been satisfied.

Please do not submit repeated payments before contacting us if you believe that your card has already been charged.

8. Cancellation, Transfer, Rescheduling, and Refunds

8.1 Cancellation by the participant

Unless different written terms are provided for a specific program:

  • Cancellation received at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date may qualify for a refund.
  • Cancellation received between 3 and 6 calendar days before the scheduled start date may qualify for a transfer to another available date or program.
  • Cancellation received fewer than 3 calendar days before the scheduled start date may be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any exception is at Strategic Axis’s reasonable discretion and may require supporting documentation.

8.2 Digital or accessed learning content

Where a program includes immediate access to digital content, recordings, downloadable materials, or an online learning platform, a refund may not be available after access has been activated or materials have been substantially used, except where required by applicable law or where Strategic Axis agrees otherwise in writing.

8.3 Cancellation or rescheduling by Strategic Axis

If Strategic Axis cancels or materially reschedules a program, we may offer one of the following options:

  • Transfer to another available date
  • Transfer to a comparable program
  • Credit toward another Strategic Axis program
  • Refund of the amount paid

The available option will depend on the circumstances and the specific program.

8.4 Refund method and timing

Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. We do not normally refund to a different card or bank account.

Strategic Axis will initiate an approved refund within 7 to 14 business days after approval. The final time for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider and the card-issuing bank.

Payment-processing, bank, currency-conversion, or other third-party charges may not be recoverable where the applicable provider has already charged them, subject to applicable law.

8.5 Corporate bookings

Corporate bookings, private programs, group bookings, customised programs, and bookings made under a quotation or service agreement may be subject to separate cancellation, postponement, replacement-participant, and payment terms. Those written terms will apply where they conflict with this section.

9. Attendance and Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

  • Attending the scheduled sessions
  • Arriving on time
  • Having the required equipment, internet connection, software, or materials
  • Completing any stated prerequisites
  • Following trainer and venue instructions
  • Providing accurate contact details
  • Respecting other participants, trainers, staff, and clients

For online programs, Strategic Axis is not responsible for interruptions caused by the participant’s device, internet connection, software, browser, or local network.

Repeated absence, disruptive behaviour, harassment, cheating, unauthorised recording, or misuse of learning materials may result in removal from a program without a refund, subject to applicable law.

10. Certificates and External Examinations

Certificate eligibility depends on the requirements of the relevant program. These may include attendance, participation, assignments, assessments, completion requirements, and payment of all applicable fees.

Some programs provide a Strategic Axis professional certificate. Other programs may prepare participants for an external examination or certification issued by an independent organisation.

Strategic Axis does not guarantee:

  • Passing an external examination
  • Approval by an external certification body
  • Issuance of an external certificate
  • Examination dates, fees, eligibility, or results controlled by a third party

External examination registration, examination fees, eligibility rules, rescheduling rules, and certification decisions are governed by the relevant external organisation.

11. Intellectual Property and Learning Materials

Where permitted by law, we may send information about relevant programs, events, services, and learning opportunities.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Transactional messages relating to payments, registrations, program changes, certificates, or support requests may still be sent where necessary.
