At all levels, strategic thinking has become necessary for both short and long-term success. The key lies not just in individual skills, but also in the ability to engage others in an on-going strategy process.

Shape and guide the overall business objectives of your organization by leveraging proven analytical techniques.

In this training course, you learn to formulate, execute, and monitor the strategic planning for your organization by assessing your current business environment, identifying strategic options for competitive advantage, and applying strategy processes at the organizational and departmental level.
