Establish yourself as a globally-recognized human resource expert by earning the new standard in HR certification: SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP™).

This intensive 36-hour program combines expert instruction with the SHRM Learning System®. 

This certification preparation program covers four knowledge domains: People, Organization, Workplace, and Strategy as well as eight behavioral competencies; Leadership & Navigation, Ethical Practice, Business Acumen, Relationship Management, Consultation, Critical Evaluation, Global & Cultural Effectiveness, and Communication.

Exam format and timing

Format:160 items (95 knowledge / 65 situational judgments /30 field test)
Timing: 4 hours in length

Exam testing windows

You’ll need to schedule your exams to fall within one of the two testing windows each year:
Spring Exam Window: May 1 – July 15
Winter Exam Window: December 1 – February 15

Exam Location

You can take the SHRM-SCP exam at Prometric Center.
