The Senior Professional in HR –international (SPHRi) is a globally relevant credential that is designed to validate management-level core human resource knowledge and skills. The credential demonstrates mastery of generally accepted HR principles in strategy and policy development as well as service delivery. Through demonstrated knowledge, the credential enhances the credibility of HR professionals and the organizations they serve.

Exam
To be eligible for the SPHR you must meet one of the following conditions for education and experience:
Have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Master’s degree or higher,
Have at least five years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Bachelor’s degree, OR
Have at least seven years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma.
What Is the Exam Format & Length?
Computer-based Testing (CBT) at a Prometric testing center
Exam time: 3 hours.
Exam length: 150 multiple-choice questions + 25 pretest questions
