Naval Maintenance and Logistics

Naval Maintenance and Logistics

Naval Maintenance and Logistics training are a specialize in maintenance and logistics program design and execution. Whether it is a ship of any size, industrial facility, or training personnel, our experience will benefit your systems.

The maintenance of any machinery will prolong its lifespan, enhance performance, and keep overhead costs down. Whether it is a ship of any size, industrial facility, or training personnel, our experience will benefit your systems.

Create ECPs/TCTOs that will update maintenance, supply and training plans, and include all technical data packages (specifications & drawing) for installation; Level of Repair Analyses (LORA); Source of Repair Analyses; Maintenance Task Analysis; Source, Maintenance and Recoverability (SM&R) Codes, Mission Criticality Codes (MCC); Sparing and Provisioning Analyses; and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) supportability; technical manuals and Support & Test Equipment.

COURSE OUTLINE

Modules:

Module 1: Maintenance System Design

Design of maintenance systems using modeling and simulation to determine the correct mix of organic and contract support, provisioning, and selection of maintenance support approaches and facility geographic locations to ensure operational effectiveness (Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability [RM&A]) at minimal cost.

Module 2: Reliability Centered Maintenance Design

Design maintenance programs using Failure Finding Analysis, Failure Modes Effects Analysis, Logic Tree Analysis, root cause failure analysis and evaluation of equipment failure data.

Module 3: Conditioned Based Maintenance Design

Design maintenance programs using lubrication oil analysis, combustion gas monitoring, fluid flow analysis, corrosion monitoring, dynamic current analysis, thermo-graphic analysis, vibration analysis, and fatigue monitoring.

Module 4: Training System Design

Design training support systems for specific jobs, systems or equipment utilizing Human performance Technologies (Front End Analysis) and the development of job aids, electronic interactive technical manuals, performance qualification systems, and resident & online training courses.

Module 5: Supply System Design

Determining proper cataloging, provisioning, repairable and consumable spare parts, and defining the required inventory and parts support requirements.

Module 6: Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)/Time Compliant Technical Orders (TCTO)

Create ECPs/TCTOs that will update maintenance, supply and training plans, and include all technical data packages (specifications & drawing) for installation; Level of Repair Analyses (LORA); Source of Repair Analyses; Maintenance Task Analysis; Source, Maintenance and Recoverability (SM&R) Codes, Mission Criticality Codes (MCC); Sparing and Provisioning Analyses; and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) supportability; technical manuals and Support & Test Equipment.
