Leadership Training. Seize this opportunity to anticipate, initiate and manage change.
Organizations need strong and capable strategic leaders who can motivate, coach, and inspire people to do vital work that will help ensure the organization’s success over the long term.
Contributors at all levels in the team look to their leaders for direction and clues about how the future will unfold and how they can add distinctive value to the organization and ensure its success.
Strategic Leadership Workshop provides leaders and managers with the skills and tools they need to successfully capitalize on the forces and events that shape their world, allowing them to become architects of the future within their area of responsibility.
Leaders and CEO learn how to strategically position their Business-within-the-BusinessTM (function, department, or team) by creating their own unique, stand-alone strategy that aligns with and supports the organization’s overarching strategy.
The workshop helps leaders see the big picture and find new ways for their team to contribute maximum value over the long run by operating from a more-strategic point of reference while still delivering on today’s expectations.
This programme offers a unique learning experience for senior leaders to work with other top business leaders from a variety of sectors and contexts and see positive progress on live business issues of strategic importance to their organizations.
Learn to become an innovator, a persuasive player, and a champion of strategic change and strategic leadership. This seminar gives you the right practice to close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. You’ll conduct SWOT analysis, leverage critical prospects for strategic opportunities and inspire risk-taking and innovation.
Make your mark. This training course gives you the skills to add value to your organization and move your team forward decisively.
It will also include input from experts on two increasingly essential topics: leading in a digital world and developing leadership presence.
The course is endorsed by ILM.
This program will develop your understanding of the importance of organizational purpose, your ability to lead with strategic agility in an unpredictable world and your skill at navigating the complex and political nature of organizations to get things done. You will also develop personal insight into your strategic leadership style through feedback from others.
During the second phase, you will work as part of a learning set dedicated to helping you achieve your strategic and personal development goals. Learning sets provide a supportive, open and honest environment for you to develop your strategic thinking and work on live case studies on visits to other organizations, hosted by set members. These tours provide a rich and rewarding experience, unlike other strategic leadership programmes.
The final phase of the programme participants will reflect on highlights from their strategic learning journeys. It will also include input from experts on two increasingly serious topics: leading in a digital world and developing leadership presence.
Participants who fully attend this course and complete the test on the last day will receive a Strategic Axis Professional Certificate (SAPC). SAPC certificates are regionally recognized and can be quite valuable when applying for more senior roles within the organization or outside.
