ISO 30408:2016 has developed four new human resources (HR) international standards that aim to help HR departments improve their performance and that of the organization in which they work.
ISO 30408:2016 Human Resource Management – Guidelines in Human governance provides guidelines on tools, processes, and practices to be put in place to establish, maintain and continually improve effective human governance within organizations.
The framework for HR governance includes the process and practice introduced by an organization in determining the roles, authority, responsibilities, decision-making, and ultimately the accountability of all employees and management for the benefit of its stakeholders.
ISO applies to organizations of all sizes and sectors, whether public or private, for profit or not for profit.
Human Resources Management Standards Improve the Bottom Line.
The purpose of this ISO 30408:2016 Guidelines in Human governance program is to provide organizations with guidelines to structure a human governance system and align it with the needs of the organization.
The guidelines also cover how to foster increased collaboration across all stakeholders, anticipate and manage human resource risks, and develop a company culture that is aligned with its values. ISO 30408 provides guidelines on tools, processes, and practices to be implemented to establish, maintain, and continually improve effective human governance.
Participants who fully attend this course and complete the test on the last day will receive a Strategic Axis Professional Certificate (SAPC). SAPC certificates are regionally recognized and can be quite valuable when applying for more senior roles within the organization or outside.
