Assessment

Delegates who successfully complete the assessments at the end of the course are awarded an Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management.

Candidates can progress to the ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management Skills or ILM Level 3, 5 or 7 NVQ Diploma in Management.
