In training, you will practice exercises to build hands-on skills.
The training will introduce you to the variance of the AQRO methodology related to HR elements like change Approaches and how to understand people’s and teams behavior and attitude. This course is delivered using an exciting case study designed to enhance further the candidates understanding of AQRO.
Participants who fully attend this course and complete the test on the last day will receive a Strategic Axis Professional Certificate (SAPC). SAPC certificates are regionally recognized and can be quite valuable when applying for more senior roles within the organization or outside.
Students who have attended this course are prepared to take the associated AQRO Foundation certification exam.
After successful completion of the exam, the student receives the AQRO® Foundation certificate from APMG international.
