Module 1: Project Planning & Execution
Project planning, work breakdown structure development, risk management, data management, configuration management, system safety engineering, life-cycle cost estimation, and earned value management system support, helping to ensure the total integration of cost, schedule, and performance.
Module 2: Systems Engineering & Technical Management
Requirements identification, ship specification, and contract document development and tracking that achieves balanced system solutions through application of proper system engineering processes; technical problem investigation and resolution.
Module 3: Human Systems Integration
Applied Human Factors Engineering expertise is focusing on the human as part of the marine system to realize safe and effective system performance.
Module 4: Design & Construction Oversight
Field office staffing and owner’s representative services to review design development documentation, select/integrate owner-furnished equipment and conduct production oversight.
Module 5: Test & Evaluation (T&E)
T&E planning that achieves contract compliance demonstration and performance verification and validation of all program requirements.
Module 6: Decision Analysis
Independent assessments of program goals such as business case analyses, decision documentation preparation.
Module 7: Resource Management
Acquisition and total ownership cost estimates, comprehensive budgets, and manpower and other lifecycle resource requirements determination.
