What is Scrum?
Scrum is a simple yet incredibly powerful set of principles and practices that help teams deliver products in short cycles, enabling fast feedback, continual improvement, and rapid adaptation to change.
Scrum training and certification fulfill the vision of the Agile manifesto by fostering greater collaboration, productivity, and success among team members.
A Certified ScrumMaster® helps project teams properly use Scrum, increasing the likelihood of the project’s overall success. CSMs understand Scrum values, practices, and applications and provide a level of knowledge and expertise above and beyond that of typical project managers. CSMs act as “servant leaders,” helping the rest of the Scrum team work together and learn the Scrum framework. CSMs also protect the team from both internal and external distractions.

You’ll learn the basics of Scrum and the Scrum lifecycle, how to organize a Scrum team and set up a project, and how to implement a Scrum, from releases and sprints to enterprise transformation.
This two-day classroom training will open new career opportunities for you in multiple industry sectors.
Delivered by world-renowned Certified Scrum Trainers, this course shares time-tested techniques for managing product backlogs, planning releases and iterations (sprints), and tracking and reporting progress.
